Updates to Boarding Bookings

We've been working on highly requested updates to functionality within BusyPaws to manage Boarding bookings. All updates are now live and available to all accounts.
- Feed & Care forms and printable Kennel Cards
- Configurable day of the week boarding pick-up and drop-off times.
- Updated client booking process for self-registering for boarding-type bookings.
- Boarding bookings can be charged as a Daily or Nightly rate.
- Kennels can be configured to set capacity and allow for multiple bookings/reservations within the same kennel, or restrict capacity to only a single booking but still allow multiple pets.
- Kennels can now be linked to Rooms to control capacity between overnight stays and daycare capacity.
