All SaaS subscription purchases are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time via the account billing page, the account will remain active and accessible until the end of the current billing period. When cancelled, the account will be locked and no further charges will be made. Data will remain intact and available if a new subscription is created.
All hardware is non-refundable and non-returnable. In the event of issues during shipping, new hardware will be sent free-of-charge. Requests for replacement hardware must be received within 5 business days of shipping delivery date.
