Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. If at any time you find BusyPaws isn't the right fit for your business, or you need to temporarily deactivate your account, you may cancel your subscription from the billing page. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Data remains stored on the account and can be reactivated at any time.

Will your team help me get established?

A dedicated onboarding representative is assigned to all new subscriptions (save for those who choose self-configuration). They'll reach out to set up meetings to ensure your account is configured effectively for your business. Our experience engaging with thousands of pet care businesses is that this guided process takes two weeks on average, with another two to four weeks of monitoring. After this period, we've seen incoming support requests fall off and long-term annual retention rates for BusyPaws clients at more than 90%.

What is your customer service like?

They're mostly human, augmented by an AI Pug. Our primary goal is to ensure our clients are pleased with our service. That service is offered both via our software and by our Client Success team. They monitor our clients to ensure they're getting value out of our software and may reach out to you to discuss functionality you could be taking advantage of. They're also available and ready to take questions as things arise and respond rapidly with deep knowledge of our systems and your account.
