Availability Engine

Once you've configured your limits and capacities, BusyPaws will dynamically calculate availability on your behalf. These restrictions can include room or kennel/run capacities, business hours, teammate availability and more.

  • Create availability schedules for any and all staff. One schedule for all services, or different for any number of services. Set a recurring weekly schedule or edit specific calendar days. Flexibility is yours.
  • Boarding and Daycare capacities may be set by assigned Kennels/Runs or Rooms. Have a specific area in your facility which can only hold a maximum of 20 dogs at a time? BusyPaws can do that and more.
  • Create service exceptions automatically via the Google Calendar sync, or manually to ensure client self-registration is disabled. Ensure clients don't accidentally book a holiday and arrive disappointed.

Booking/Capacity Visualizations

Visualizing dozens of bookings or different types of services can quickly overwhelm a system built for a single type of service or not designed for pet care. Accounting for these differences has been crafted into our systems design.

Waitlists

  • Client may register for the waitlist for a booking at capacity to be notified when there is a spot available.
  • If there are no dates currently available, such as for a group training service not currently offered, clients can register for a general waitlist to be notified when new events and registrations open.

Access Control

All dogs are great, but not all dogs are right for every service or facility. Control which clients or pets can access, or self-register for your services on a service-by-service level.

Calendar Sync

BusyPaws has a comprehensive built-in calendar which you may access from any device or anywhere in the world. Yet it's still necessary to coordinate with other calendars and personal events. Any user may sync their BusyPaws calendar with another device.

  • Sync'd bookings contain basic client information and include booking location information for mobile map integrations.
  • Two-way Google sync enables blocking times from client self-registration. Ensuring you're able to manage your personal calendar while coordinating with your business.

Public and Private Booking Portals

We've designed our booking process to reduce as many barriers to accessing your services as possible. The public client self-booking portal allows your clients to quickly engage and enter your system. A private, password-protected client portal is available to offer your clients for more visibility into their information and booking history.
