Improving our product by reducing pain points and increasing value delivered correlates with reduced demand on customer service as clients require less frequent support to utilize the product. Providing exceptional customer service means that our Client Success team deeply understands the issues our clients face and are then able to provide feedback to software development, and are able to guide clients to extract value quickly. Most clients strop engaging with support after about two months of using the platform.

Our Process

If we were carpenters our shop would be safe, clean, and output heirloom furniture with beautiful long-lasting joinery.  

That's not to say there is anything wrong with furniture produced for large retailers in production lines - but that would be more similar to a VC funded or Private Equity held software company.

Our staff are close to the product and our clients. We produce high-quality and well tested code. We review all client feedback and gather requests for new functionality, which is thouroughly considered for adding value to a product-first methodology.
