Release Notes: July 2026

New Functionality and Quality of Life Updates:

• Google Calendar updates, especially those made in Google and sync'd to BusyPaws should now be more immediate.
• Added new charts to reports including: Discounts, Tips, Taxes and Net Income.
• Standardized address inputs across the system and formatted better for Australia and the UK.
• Numerous updates site-wide to improve views and usability on small (mobile) screens.

Resolved Feature Issues:

• Some web requests made through Chrome or Safari would respond with an intermittent DNS routing error. This was determined to be an issue at the DNS level and should now be resolved.
• Fixed an issue where users were unable to switch between accounts made inactive, and currently active accounts.
• Fixed issue where uploading photos when using a mobile device using "Take Picture" may cause crash/freeze.
• Fixed issue where client tags may be incorrect within Tasks.
• Fixed issue where an additional self-booked pet may skip payment when the client already has pets registered on the booking.
• Fixed issue where editing a draft invoice may cause line items to be marked as fully credited.
• Fixed issue where payouts with refunds may sync incorrectly to QuickBooks.
• Fixed issue where clients or prospects may not appear within Search results.
• Fixed issue where a room block may not effectively block a client from registering to a booking within the assigned room.
• Fixed issue that could cause clients registered on a booking to receive Booking Updated notifications when pets were checked in/out.
• Fixed issue where AND/OR selectors could be misapplied in query groups.
• Fixed issue where a Paused membership would never cancel and remain paused after the cancellation period ended, unable to be resumed.
