A fully refreshed and redesigned Pet Parent Portal is live and available for your clients to engage with. Some new and improved functionality includes:

• Updated booking views to provide clients with more rapid access to, and more information on their registered bookings and waitlists
• Message history. Clients may also respond in-portal.
• Redesigned interface to update pet information and vaccines.
• Report cards viewable in-portal.
• Documents shared with clients within their own section. Clients may also upload documents to the portal. An associated notification has been added to notify you when documents have been uploaded.
• New notifications for when clients update vaccines or pet/profile information within the portal.
