BusyPaws is growing and we'd like to welcome Lauren Taylor to our Client Success Team! She's responsible for improving our help documentation, client onboarding, and generally guiding our clients to get the most out of BusyPaws.
We'd like to officially welcome Lauren Taylor to our Client Success team. We're investing more into assisting our clients with onboarding, discovering more about functionality that may be useful, and generally responding to incoming questions and requests for support. Lauren's relevant experience extends beyond customer support and also into the pet care industry, she's also a Karen Pryor certified training partner and continues her training practice after support BusyPaws clients with theirs.
When not at work or teaching dog training classes, Lauren spends her time with her Spinone Italiano, Jarvis and Berger Picard, Gizmo, playing and training in a variety of different sports including hoopers, agility, scent, rally-o, and ratting.
